Hey, I'm Tania!
I'm an architect, entrepreneur, author, and leadership advocate with more than 23 years of experience delivering projects across the built environment, from private homes to nationally significant infrastructure.
Throughout my career, I've worked at the intersection of design, leadership, and collaboration, helping teams navigate complexity, balance competing priorities, and deliver exceptional outcomes. Along the way, I've seen firsthand what helps projects and people thrive, and what causes even the best teams to struggle.
That's why I wrote Build Success, launched the Courageous Leadership podcast and created the Change Enablers Panel Event series: to help built environment professionals lead more effectively, enjoy their work, and deliver better outcomes for clients, teams, and communities.
