Hey, I'm Tania!
I'm an architect, entrepreneur, author, and leadership advocate with more than 23 years of experience delivering projects across the built environment, from private homes to nationally significant infrastructure.
Throughout my career, I've worked at the intersection of design, leadership, and collaboration, helping teams navigate complexity, balance competing priorities, and deliver exceptional outcomes. Along the way, I've seen firsthand what helps projects and people thrive, and what causes even the best teams to struggle.
